Our services
LandingLeak checks landing pages for heating and air conditioning companies, builds fixed versions of those pages, hosts them, and runs call tracking, missed call text back and a weekly report for customers.
Free leak check and preview
The leak score and the preview of a fixed page are free. Asking for them does not commit you to buy anything. We decide which applications get a full fixed page preview.
Paid service
- The paid service is $249/month per location, month-to-month.

Your content and your site
You keep ownership of your business name, brand, photos, reviews and other content you give us. You give us permission to use that content to build and run your pages. We only replace the page your ads point to; the rest of your website stays yours and under your control.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or our services, submit false information, try to break our security, or use our phone numbers or messaging for unlawful or unwanted communications.
SMS terms
- Program name: LandingLeak messages.
- What the messages are about: your leak check and your application. For customers, messages about your account and your leads.
- How you join: by checking the optional text message box on our forms. Texting is never required to get a leak check.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop messages. You will get one message confirming you have opted out.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or email [TODO: contact email].
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile numbers and consent.
No guarantee of results
We work to make your landing page lose fewer leads, but we do not promise any specific number of calls, bookings or sales. The site and services are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, LandingLeak is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited as follows: [TODO: liability cap].
